The details live up to expectations: these earbuds can be recognized a mile away because the iconic B logo sits right above the multifunction knob. They are not unlike those offered by AirPods Pro, Powerbeats Pro or Studio Buds. Not only are the earbuds made of durable materials that can withstand falls from a distance or contact with rough surfaces such as concrete, but they are also IPX4 certified for sweat and water resistance. In any case, the design is understated and attractive to the ear. Fitness enthusiasts would have loved to have this option. The most interesting aspect is that they are permanently attached, so they cannot be removed if they ever need to be replaced or washed. If you apply the wingtips to the Studio Buds, you get the Fit Pro. They also feature active noise cancellation (ANC), and although we had difficulty testing noise isolation performance because of the skin sensor, they do a good job of suppressing background noise around you. Unlike the Studio Buds, they come with some more iOS-centric features, such as the H1 chip for seamless pairing with Apple devices, Apple’s advertised adaptive equalization to optimize sound output based on the unique shape of your ears, and support for spatial audio, including head tracking. The Beats Fit Pro True Wireless are the sportier sisters of the Beats Studio Buds True Wireless. However, there are some issues that keep them from taking the top spot. That’s why they are among our favorites in our guide to the best wireless earbuds. This should make them the de facto standard for wireless earbuds in many relationships. The Fit Pros also have slightly longer battery life and a smaller case than the older Beats Powerbeats Pro. They feature a distinctive wing tip that keeps them securely in your ears during exercise, as well as a specially designed driver that makes music sound a little richer in the bass.
